Returns


Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, FiftyNine Designs are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of return if you are not completely satisfied with your goods. Please return to:

Exchanges/Refunds 


Items must be returned within 14 days (at your cost, returns postage is not included,) unworn (apart from once to try on), undamaged in its original packaging with tags still attached, still in a re-sellable condition :

  • Please contact fiftyninedesigns@outlook.com explaining why you would like to return the item and whether you would like to exchange it or be refunded.

Once the order has been received by FiftyNine Designs, the replacement (if stock available)/refund will be given within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

(CHRISTMAS GIFTS - We will make exceptions for items returned or exchanged outside of the 14 days if purchased as Christmas gifts, please notify us by 6th January.) 

We advise that you ask for proof of postage as we are unable to take any responsibility for lost parcels. We cannot be held responsible for loss of items returned to us using a non-tracked service. 

Once your return is received and deemed suitable, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are not of satisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.

The right is limited to 30 days from the date that you received the product. No refund or exchange can be offered outside of this time as anything beyond that will be classed as general wear and tear.
